Merchandise Planning & Buying 

In my Merchandise Planning and Buying course, I completed an in-depth project focused on developing a full buying plan for the Spring 2026 season. This experience involved trend and consumer analysis, sales forecasting, open-to-buy planning, assortment development, and pricing strategy. By simulating the responsibilities of a retail buyer, I strengthened my ability to balance creative product selection with data-driven financial planning, ensuring the assortment aligned with brand objectives, target customer needs, and profitability goals.
