This course explores the strategic and operational processes behind global apparel production and supply chain management. In Fashion Global Sourcing, I analyzed international manufacturing networks, vendor relationships, trade regulations, costing structures, and ethical sourcing practices. The class emphasized risk management, sustainability, compliance, and the economic factors that influence sourcing decisions across regions.
