Supply Chain Sourcing Map
Product Explanation: PureCotton Medical’s products are crafted through a carefully managed and globally integrated supply chain to ensure the highest quality and sustainability standards. The cotton fiber is sourced directly from a cotton farm in Mississippi, supporting American agriculture and guaranteeing the purity of our raw materials. The cotton is then sent to Cangnan Hago Textile Co., Ltd. for yarn production, where it is spun into high-quality cotton yarns. Next, the yarns are transported to Zhengzhou Haixin Textiles Co., where they are woven into premium textiles specifically suited for medical apparel applications.
All textiles, along with necessary trimmings and findings, are then sent to Paris, France, where the final manufacturing of our medical garments — scrubs and white coats — takes place. This step ensures the garments meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, style, and functionality. Once production is complete, the finished products are imported into the Tampa Bay Port in Florida and distributed to regional distribution centers across the United States to efficiently supply hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers nationwide.
